Parkade cleaning FAQ
What is auto scrubbing and how is it different from pressure washing?
Auto scrubbing uses a ride-on machine (our Tennant M20) that lays down cleaning solution, scrubs with rotating brushes, then vacuums the dirty water back up — leaving the floor clean and nearly dry. Pressure washing blasts surfaces with high-pressure water and is better for ramps, walls and heavy build-up. Most parkades benefit from a combination of both.
Do you clean occupied parkades?
Yes. We clean level by level and schedule around residents and tenants, including evenings and weekends, so stalls stay accessible.
How much does parkade cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, level count, condition and access. Most jobs are quoted per square foot or as a flat per-level rate. Call us for a free on-site assessment and quote.
How often should a parkade be cleaned?
Most stratas and commercial properties do a full clean once or twice a year, with high-traffic or downtown parkades on a quarterly schedule. We offer recurring maintenance programs.
Do you handle the waste water?
Yes. We use containment and water-reclamation practices and dispose of waste water responsibly in line with municipal requirements.
